ok the pay jumbs are good we are 3 left… as you can see from the chips the 3rd has very few chips… so the normal is to “wait” to bust him befor me and the other big stack battle out… ofc that can be also a weapon to abuse the other…  here is the hand

he cbets every time like 100%… he is tigth agresive… but has folded 2 times that he cbet and i min raised him on flop.

i think its obvius he is on the draw… if he has 2 overs i am in bad shape if he just has the A… we are almost fliping…  the payjumbs are 3rd: 2.666 – 2nd:3.740 – 1st: 5600

do you shove here or not? ofc that was my read… if you gusy think he may has somthing else pls explain…

I think QJ is fine 3 handed to play, I don't think there is anything wrong here with raise/folding. With the guy in 3rd so short I am never going to do anything that puts me in a position to give him a chance at second. I am going to play overly cautious against the other big stack and not take any big risks, so I wouldn't shove here to push the issue. Take it easy, get to heads-up and then you can kick on the after burners. A lot of time this can be a pretty good time to get a feel for how he will play and to set him up a little with more passive play.

I would just flat the flop bet.  He isn't going to call/shove with anything you are ahead of, worst case he has a combo draw that has tons of outs.  If he is c-betting 100%, let him barrel turn and keep playing pot control in position.  By raising, I feel like you make him release all the hands you have good equity against.  Also, when you raise, it's way too big, so he can't really spazz out and jam complete air b/c you look pretty comitted w/ over 1/3 stack in the pot.  If you were bluff raising, you would never make it over 3x, so I think calling> 2.4-2.6x> 3.3x just because of your equity against the range of hands you keep in by each of those actions.
