Do you guys think this is a shove? My only reason for not shoving would be that the BB is a big stack and can afford to call with a wide range and there are two smaller stacks who could bust out giving me a big jump in money. What's the correct play here?

Full Tilt Poker $10 $1 Knockout No Limit Hold'em Tournament – t3000/t6000 Blinds + t750 – 6 players

Hero (SB): BB = 13.6, t81812
BB: BB = 64.4, t386257
UTG: BB = 64.8, t388692
MP: BB = 20.7, t124389
CO: BB = 8.5, t50708
BTN: BB = 5.5, t33142

Pre Flop: (t13500) Hero is SB with T of clubs J of spades
4 folds, Hero???

Even with 2 smaller stacks, JT is a hand I shove here If we get called by Ax or Kx we can still flop decently.

I'm not going to keep folding hoping one of them busts first before I begin shipping wide.

this is the answer.  I could just go around following FKCooler's posts around and just adding +1.  Guy is a hero.

Ship it 100% of the time. Great position to double up. You want him calling you wide here. If he sucks out.. bad luck, run better and fire up another one.
