this hand occured at the final 2 tables of a 8$ rebuy. villain is a good MTT reg with like 80k net profit over 4k games with an avg buy in of 42$. so he seems to know what he is doing.

i'm a little bit lost in this spot because i am raising from UTG and he 3b me from SB, which i dont know if he is ever doing light from this position vs my UTG range.

didn't have a decent sample size on him. i was playing 33/30 with 15% 3b over 33 hands at this time because i had bigstack and nobody seemed to play back. so my image is fairly aggressive preflop.

I'm not sure that I'm folding pre here to a single action 3 bet. You have position, so I think I at least flatt here and evaulate flop. But before you do, I think you have to decide if you are going to play for his stack on a clean flop eg no A or K (Q?). The only other option is to 4 bet and decide wether to call a jam or not. I really dont think folding pre is an option.

85k/gii, never folding here, espcially to a reg. I don't HATE a flat, but I'd rather go in gunning.
