i think the table image of this guy plays a significant role here..he
limp-calls from UTG which shows strength..but yet again, has he shown
good hands in showdown??or is he trying to take you off a good hand
there??if he was playing tricky and making moves allover the tournament
so far,i d probably call him..even if i was wrong and he was slowplaying a monster there i d be left with 21-22bb's..so probably a call there..

this is tough because villain is basically repping a set and only a set.

68 suited possibly but it looks like 77 or 99.

pretty hard to get away from it though

I'd fold.  Doubt he's playing 3 streets passive then wakes up on the river with air, esp with no real missed draws.  Looks like wants to make sure he gets value from you.

yeah there is nothing in his flop calling range that you beat by the river except maybe JT which you have two blockers to.

Thx for the input guys, solid stuff. fwiw I did call on river, felt like I was gonna see AA, guess im just stubborn sometimes, but he actually had QQ…lol, solid line huh, wp sir, wp…..Just too many levels above me I guess, cause why he doesnt limp/raise pre is beyond me, and I think even that is a fishy way to play QQ but w/e. Does anyone here EVER limp/call QQ utg??? and if so what are the parameters to do so?

Ridiculous line with QQ. As I was reading, I thought for sure call. Guess I would have lost a big pot also 🙂
