I had some problem with defining Villains check-shoving range at this spot, and identifying hands that I beat.
I’d give him a value shoving range of a straight, any two-pair combos, low-card flushes, off-suit Q with A or K of spades(not always though).
In his bluffing range I would give him pretty much only off-suit hands with some strong spade (A or K).
So if I defined Villain’s range correctly, I beat barely anything from his value range, and against his bluff range, I’m in decent, but not-so-great shape. Should I call in this spot? What are your thoughts on the range I gave to V?

That’s a reasonable range. It’s fine to do that kind of back-of-the-envelope reasoning in game – you have to – but when you analyze hands away from the table, you really ought to use an equity calculator and look at what exactly your equity is against some specific ranges.

At this stack depth I’m going with some hands worse than two pair here so I can’t really imagine finding a fold. As much as villain will defend a lot of suited hands from the BB, and will have decent equity against you with any reasonable shove, you’re going to have a hard time narrowing their range to the point where you’re not getting an excellent price.
Calling 19bb to win a pot of 51bb you need 37.3% equity vs. range. As mentioned by Andrew, I highly recommend plugging this board into a program like Equilab and giving villain a variety of ranges. Understanding how your hand shapes up against a wide variety of ranges will help you confidently navigate similar spots in the future.
Not sure you want to be opening Q8s from early position. Did you have a particular reason for opening wide?

Q8s is not in my standard opening range UTG+1. However the table was very passive and I tried to take advantage of it.
Also it’s a $3 big-field tournament in fairly deep stage. I felt like my opponents might be somewhat hesitant to play too aggressive (which my read on the table seemed to confirm).
