This guy is running 35/29 with an agro of 10 but only over 17 hands. He's defended q8o in bb & c/r mid pair on flop so far.

flat pre, you're not getting it in very happy vs a UTG open.

As played I snapcall. I don't think villain is shoving AA,KK here, so we are flipping or ahead vs his range.

if 10$ < buy in snap Call. What I have seen on 888 poker but with the higher buy in I might even fold and wait for a better opportunity to get my money in than a flip.

Mandatory 3bet/call for 30bb with AK here, never even thinking about doing anything else. We'd have to be a lot deeper stacked for flatting to be okay (probably >50bb, and even then his level of splashiness probably makes it a fine 3bet) and once we 3bet and get shoved on it would be pretty atrocious to fold.
