Home game ~22 players with rebuys for first 3 levels….. [lvl 4] blinds 7/14…..7 players…

My table, the most aggressive. The 4 rebuys are the only of the house….

My image: Nits Mcgee for the first two levels while trying to figure out the table while waiting for premiums, then winning  when i hit. In this 4th level was opening  a good amount of hands [since rebuys are over] and been takin them down with 3/4 to showdown….and ppl chasing flushes ans straights like no tomorrow…

Villian image: nitting sweaters and tends to overbet hands he does play…. but hasnt played and entire level

Hero $275 SB

Villian $375 UTG+2

fold, fold

Villian opens to $30

call $30, call $30 , fold,

Im in SB look down @ 5spade 8heart… i call $30

Pot is now $120

FLOP   5heart 6diamond 8spade

Villian raises to $100….. folded around to me

Im sitting there thinking; The nit has woken up in MP1 with a pair TT+…. there is no way in hell he hit that board… so hes 5/6 potting an over pair….. and hes overbet all of his previous hands hes played… so hes loose passive and will probably NEVER let go of that over pair…. so i gotta take it down now before he can draw out on me

* * * SUDDENLY  i hear the voice of the bigdog….. “Ring ring…. i got a call from my friend Stuffy Baker, and he said green lightsky”

So i go all in for $245

before i post results i want feedback…… because I thought i was well ahead of his range…. when i stoved it i was @ 73% after the flop. But im wondering with about 12 ppl left in the tourney, should i be shooting for chip leader to make my life easier, or should i be avoiding high variance situations and worrying about tournament life?

what does everyone think in this spot?

I fold pre but jam is good.

Edit: Don't even think this is high variance! If he opens say top 5% pre, you are now crushing on flop.
