I think this is an easy fold for me to be honest.
Given that he is new to the table and we are approaching the bubble (would be interesting to now how many people away), I dont think we can assume he is shoving wide enough for 44 to be a call here.
Seeing as we need around 41% versus his range, and we are readless I would just assign him a standard range here of 77+,AQs+,AQo+, until we see him do something spewy or otherwise. Maybe you could include or exclude a few pairs in that range.
Probably calling with 99+ and AQs I think.
