calling pre is fine as you're getting good odds. I don't like the donk bet though most hands that call your flop bet will either be ahead or will have decent equity vs your hand. If u were going to face a raise OTF,you'd likely have to fold and and even if u did call v could put tons of pressure on you in future streets. With a marginal hand i'd much rather play a small pot. so yeah i'd much rather c/c flop and re-evaluate turn.
