12th hand at this table, the only had I played was the hand before this were I raised with KK and everyone folded.
UTG was running 42/0 over these 12 hands, other player was 52/17
Is this an easy call when he reshoves or is it a fold? Was I right in reshoving over top of him, or should I have just flatted if I was going to play?

I think this is a tougher spot than a lot of people will credit it for. If I am running into a wild player I much prefer to play against a 42/10, than a 42/0 because at least the first guy gives you some indication when he is holding a monster. The second guy pre-flop usually gives you nothing. I am not sure I am folding QQ here, but I think I am hoping to see AK when he rolls it over, but there is a good chance you could be dominated. If you are, not much you can do about it, re-load and try again.

cross your fingers and hope for the near triple up.

I'd make my 3 bet a lot bigger for 2 reasons:
1. His stats – he looks like a call station so he's going to still call if you raise to like 1200-1500
2. It commits 1/3 of your stack and helps you not talk yourself into folding the 3rd best starting hand. If he has AA or KK then what can ya do …
I really don't want to play a multiway pot here and your small 3 bet is inviting people to call with all sorts of speculative hands and in a $4 mtt all it takes is one MP caller and suddenly you could be taking this flop 5 or 6 handed.

this.
if you make a 1500 raise pre then your decision about stacking off is made for you
