Early on in 9 man SNG. I feel my hand is best and I would rather insure that this match will be heads up. Is this a 3bet opportunity, then cbet the flop???

I fold AQ here pre-flop 100 times out of 100. I play super ultra tight this early in a SNG until I pick up monsters OR blinds get high enough to start stealing. Good fold IMO.

Your line is fine.  You have position and he is opening late, more than likely you have the best hand. On that flop you have nothing but overs so a fold is fine. No need to get fancy yet.

I agree w/JDOG. No need to 3bet this early on in the tournament. Call the preflop raise and try to hit the flop. You didn’t, so good fold.

agreed with what is above.  Just flat pre this early with AQ out of position and check/fold when you miss.
