Have played a few times with villian, nothing remarkable about his play other than the fact that he is clearly not a maniac.

I probably just call his raise on the flop and see what he does on the turn.  I am worried about him have QQ or JJ here.

How wide do you 4bet UTG after getting 3bet from UTG+1? Its probably not that wide and villian prob knows this aswell. On the flop why would he try to bluff you when your range is so narrow? He could get you to fold AK alright but that leaves overpairs and sets in your range that he is trying to get you to fold, it doesn't seem like such a good bluff. I think its much more likely that hes is value betting hoping that you can't fold the Aces or Kings. I prob just fold to his flop raise here, I mean its early in the tournament you will have lots of chips if you fold, why take the risk with such a marginal spot.

Only worried abou JJ or QQ . That leaves AK with 1 or both hearts and AQ with 1 or both hearts. It seems unlikely he has a set, wouldn’t he want more action????

I sigh shove. Is that fishy ??? . Way out of my buyin range so I puke when I lose $500

….. Didn’t realise so deep maybe no shove. I could min raise/fold to action here or just sigh/fold to flop raise. Tough spot for sure.

Just fold. Its early in the MTT you have only invested 8% of your stack in this spot your super deep its not worth taking such a marginal spot this early against what we perceive to be a tight range. When you get 310bbs with AAs against anyone who is not a certified maniac you are never going to be ahead.  I dont even think i have a 3bet range against UTG opener 300bb deep. I would just call the open and play the streets.
