I dont even remember this one above and OMG i'm sooo bad. I must have been trying to rep the A or something thinking he had top pair b4 it came out and thinking theres no way he had an ace as he didn't raise pf. Made me cringe when I saw I called the 200 on the flop.

The second hand is a good spot/hand to raise and I wouldn't mind seeing a flop with it either…could raise a little smaller than 3x tho. If i get 3bet I'm releasing it.
Thanks mate, it's definately something I need to look into my bet sizing. I normally raise from 2x to 4x the bb, just randomly. I might start trying 2.25x, 2.50x, 2.75x and to 3xbb to keep my pf raises lower. I took harringtons advice from his book with this and I choose my bet size depending on where the seccond hand is on my watch.

As the pros say in their vids it is depends on your stack size as well. If you are deeper you can 3x but as your stack gets shorter you will conserve chips when you have to fold to a 3bet pre or encounter heavy resistance post flop.
This one i'm not shure how bad the bet is on the turn as you can normally expect to pick up the pot around 50% of the time. Maybe in this spot tho I should have put him on a club from the flat call on the flop.
