Hey! What kind of hands would you 3bet in this spot preflop? From that range what would you cbet on this flop and what would you check/fold, check/call and check/raise? I am asking it because I think that my check range is really weak on this flop, and BTN would have easy decisions if I checked this flop.

Not a lot of hands on villains, but the BB seems super nitty so CO can steal super wide, which by his stats looks like he kinda has been. Having that super nitty guy to your left and a 38/19 to your right, you could 3B a very wide range. Not sure on an exact range, depends on what you're comfortable playing post flops. And just listened to some coaching Carlos with Andrew Brokos, and I'm still on that same thought process that Carlos said… If I 3B pre, I feel I have to C-bet any flop and I almost always still do. I know this isn't the answer you were looking for, I'm also interested to here what the pro's have to say.

This is a very good thing to be thinking about, and you can actually hear Nate and me talk a bit about this on a recent non-premium podcast: …..d-einhorn/
I’ll say a few things here. The first is that you certainly should bet most of the time, especially on a flop like this one that doesn’t do a lot to change the pre-flop range that you have when you 3bet and he just calls. On flops that may change that dynamic (567), you could consider checking your full range, but I also think that one of the best ways of dealing with that is three-betting a range that gives you more coverage across a variety of flops.
The second is that, even if Villain knows that you will be weak when you check, it’s not a simple thing for him to call with weak hands pre-flop hoping that you check. Basically, it costs him 6BB pre-flop just to find out whether or not you check the flop, so if you bet the flop more often than not, and you at least occasionally have a good hand when you check flop (see my GettingPaid series for more on slowplaying), then you don’t have to worry too much about being exploited even if your range is predictably weak when you check.
