Then on the flo I knew I had to get it in, but because this kinda gamble moves are not in my game i always feel like guilty.

This is a field of 2600 ppl and im 30 of 90 about, winnin this pot means i would jump to 3rd place

Any reads on guy would help, problem here is unless all his cbets are pot hes rarely folding.

I see people pot with made hands being scared of draws and happy to take the pot down there.

He is showing up with min 2 pair here everytime, if he makes a normal bet here im def reraising him.

It's also hard to give my opinion seeing the results…..

Well ya, he had 2 pair, but i dont really care what hand he has there, he could have a set of aces it would be the same. I just wanna know if pushing there with a flush draw to double up and be in a rather good spot to take the tourney down or fold and wai for a better spot

I wouldnt call 3x in bb w a weak ace (or most holdings for that matter) having to play the pot oop. If you flop an ace (without a fd) you're not sure if villain has one or not and if he does you're crushed. If the flop comes 5 high villain might have an overpair plus if you c/c there are so many turns and rivers that could scare you. Unless you flop a straight, flush or trip 5's (trip aces might not be enough) I would just c/f giving up on the hand on almost any board most times, espacially to a big bet.

In your case when villain bets pot you know you're about a 35-43% dog (depending on a wide/narrow range, either having top two, a set or just TPGK). But you are getting the right price to bink the flush and if you decide to call pre and flop TP with the nut fd you just have to go with it.

But like I said, I would've folded pre to a full 3x open oop with a rag ace (being suited doesnt make it a monster hand).

Yes I have to agree i normally fold this pre-flop…

Then when villan bets the pot theres like 50k in the pot, I dont think i can ever fold ….just shoveeeeeeeeee….

These kind of moves either u bust or put u in a position to reach final table, i dont mind to gamble after all when i look back at the hand

i personally love this type of flop (pair and nut F draw) more than flopping a set!

yeah i probably fold pre

but when we call, we can hardly ask for a better flop than this

i'm piling my chips in there for sure – take it down, jump to 3/90, and start running everyone over to the FT OR busto and load up another MTT!

Once you elect to call this pre, and you flop the world you are getting it in no matter what.  If you are not going to be getting it in or feel uncertain about it, fold pre.  The only thing I am worried about pre is the villain straight 3xing.  In a way with the suited ace you are in away set mining because the odds of flopping a flush draw is very similar percentages.  So when you flop that with the pair, get er in!

I fold pre in this type of situation. As mentioned above, when you are calling with Arag suited you are only hoping to flop a flush draw, two pair, or a set of rags if you are lucky. You are not gonna flop these things often enough to make these type of calls pre oop. You dont wanna see an A because your kicker is never gonna look good and u are playing oop. Nice flop though, and I am getting it in just as you did, but I would not have seen that flop because I am folding pre. GLGL

I'd fold pre here as well.  Once you flop so big I'm never folding.

With no reads…it's either 3b which would be a jam probably for me in this case with stack sizes…or a fold pf.  But once i flop this….NEVER folding here.

agree with everyone else – mistake is calling pre, once you flop HUGE just get it in and bink 😀
