I think the suited AQ open is fine, assume the opening size is fine as well, open to comment.
From the flop on, I did not wanna get it in at this point, trying to reduce variance, but I also did not wanna scare away my customer so I slowed down. Do you call the two raises on the flop and the turn, or do you raise?
The river bet, what do you make it?

Pre is fine, on the flop here, his raise could be: smaller flush, set, K high flush draw, air. 3betting the flop against these hands will push out the air and maybe draws, and will cause the small flushes to at least slow down. I think the way you played it so far is fine, as to let him keep barreling with his bluffs/weak flushes that are drawing dead. The river is pretty blank and his bet sizing looks like he is betting for value, so I would throw in a pretty hefty raise to around 3600. His air is going to fold no matter what size you do, sets and small flushes are going to have a tough decision and you might get paid here. Shoving is an option, but sets and baby flushes might be able to find the hero fold to a shove, and you will really only get paid if he has the K high, maybe Q high flush.
Problem here is that you have the Q to go with your A high flush. The Q ebing a blocker to him having it and therefore it's one less card that he CAN call with. He can obv call with a K high flush but is he ever calling with a T high one? If he is T high< it's a tough call to make with a jam. That being said I agree with Juilus187 that his river bet does look like a bet for value. I defo think, he thinks he's winning here. I also like how you've played it, as you've pretty much repped a FD. Therefore because of this I do lean towards goign for max value with a jam as it looks soooooo bluffy that you've missed your FD. If you re-raise back it looks so strong, but a jam can get him thinking you're bluffing a missed FD. Obv he's not calling any re-raise whatever the size without some type of half decent SDV…. so in my eyes sets and made flushes can “hero” you off here if you jam. hence I lean that way.
