Yep, too nitty.
Loosening up your game isn't necessarily going to mean you start cashing every time, and “no significant cashes in 2-3 days” is hardly unusual for an MTT player, but the fact that you sound like you're only raising with value hands means you are playing too nitty. Also, folding hands because you think there are better hands out there means you are playing too nitty. You don't have to stack off every time when you see a Q high flop with QJo, and are going to want to make decisions about how much money to put in the pot based on who your opponents are and what the action is, but fear-folding is definitely way too nitty.

Hi guys,
I've been playing and for the past 2-3 days now havn't made significant cashes so… I'm asking myself if i'm playing too nitty. What would be your thoughts on someone playing too nitty in mtts or sng?
It might be variance, too. 2-3 days is nothing. How many tournaments have you played in this time? I've gone 100+ games without a significant cash many times.

Well, see, these numbers changes by table and also on different days especially when you're not getting cards. Not even getting the suited connectors. Someone raises and I'm in the cutoff with KJo, I'm definitely folding. If there's no raise, I'm raising the pot. If there's a limper or 2, I'm not sure what to do so I just fold with KJo or similar hands. QJo is even more difficult to play because of the chances of someone with AQ or AJ out there.
I'll get some of my numbers for you though.
One thing you're definitely doing right is thinking about how your hand is going to play against your opponents' likely ranges. This is really important. Against straightforward/tight players, it can be quite problematic to call their opens with hands like KJo.
On the other hand, against more aggressive players, you can call or even 3bet hands like KJ for value, since you know they're going to be opening hands you dominate. It's all about your opponent's range and tendencies.

Agree with rivermen. It's probably just variance.
Additionally, there isn't really such a thing as 'too loose' or 'too nitty' in MTTs in those broad terms. It's all about each individual hand, and your strategy overall is just a function of all the individual decisions you make. There are no perfect HUD stats to aim for. Your play should change frequently, because every hand is different. There are some spots where being nitty is correct, and some where being aggro is correct. With experience, you'll be able to tell the difference.
Look back at past hands you've played, analyse them, and figure out some spots where you could potentially have opened up your game a little. Over time, you'll start to identify these spots in-game as well.
