Defending from the blinds play

We're in late stages of the 1 rebuy 1 add-on tourney on Carbon. I've built a very good stack and have been active at the table (bigdog style). I was reviewing my hand history and felt like i made a mistake in this spot. Should I be 3-betting with this kind of hand? If so should I 3-bet or 3-bet shove here? Secondly, what range of hands are you defending with versus 3-betting a MP or LP opener in a spot similar to this?

Eh… it's 3b or fold because of stack sizes. We're OOP with nowhere near the correct implied odds to flat speculative hands.

Honestly I usually just pass vs. stacks who could 4b shove on me a high percentage of the time. There are better ways to outplay and exploit people.

If the BB was over 30bb I'd probably 3b it up but he's gonna jam over you so often with an 18 bb stack and you don't want to be calling off light there.

3bshove or fold , id say it depends on the villain, if hes an active player i have no problem shoving on him.
