So getting deep, and just moved table. The villian in this hand had limped like 3 of the 4 hands I'd been at the table for. I hadn't placed a cent into the pot until this hand:

If you are raising that flop, you have to have a plan for what would happen if you get shoved on. Personally i like flatting on the flop because i doubt anything that you beat plays this way. Flat and keep AT etc in his range
If you raise flop like this you can never fold esp against a seemingly weak player like this
I'd also flat the flop, theres not much in the way of draws out there so it's pretty safe to let the turn peel off
And as benny stated we want him to keep putting chips in with worse hands (AT,A2-A7,T9,K9s etc etc) and not give him the chance to correctly fold them when we raise
Flat flop and take it from there
