If villain is running 37/20 even over 28 hands you can probably assume he is opening the BTN wide.  I'd be jamming very wide here, any pair 89s, 910s, J10, any broadway really and even any Ax.  There is an argument for flatting 89 and 910 to lower variance a bit or even possibly get you a double with a good flop.  I actually do this a lot more often these days with your stack.  The problem with 3bet shoving so wide to is that the SB is already all in so your cards are getting exposed.  With 66 tho, it's a clear shove, you don't want to see a flop and folding would be KB nit status .  I could elaborate more on this spot but I have to run.  Cheers.
