Help!
I need advice with dealing with being card dead at a very aggressive table with high blinds. I know to push ATC from late position while still have FE, but what if the players acting earlier than you are are always pushing first, do you call their all in from with K6o because thats the best you've seen, do you push J4o UTG at a full table because that is your only chance to push?
Or do you just deal with the fact one is scr—wed and will bust out pushing 65s UTG with less than 3BB?
I would love to see a theory video on dealing with what I consider poker's worse case scenario.
Related to that I've played several tourneys where the first to act on the flop shoves all in. Do I call with a gut shot or bottom pair. It feels like having position is a liability since they get to shove before they do? Again how do you counter without catching cards? And how light do you call a shove?
Thanks
wait around and shove +ev spots, if that means blinding down and shoving J8o on HJ with 6bb, so be it. don't make -ev calls or pushes just because you've been waiting around forever. on the flop, call with bottom pair if oyu feel he has nothing a lot, just ask what their ranges are and adjust accordingly by playing tighter or calling looser
