Yeah I see a bunch of those  in the lower buy in games. The guy that is like 65/0  and has a big stack because he catches two pair with rags several times etc etc. I just dont try to bluff them and I play premiums very fast and hard looking to double up. Also some times as Im doing this which means Im playing tighter the big stack who plays poorly gets himself in trouble calling down and busts out.l

If someone has position on you and is playing like crap, I just play my normal game and value bet the crap out of my hands when they hit.

pretty much this. although if he is on your left, then i dont see how you have to worry about his limps or his flatting 3bets.

but in general, you’re going to take advantage of people playing too many hands and calling down too much by playing your big hands fast, hand reading as best you can and betting very thin for value. i wouldn’t ever try to bluff him, but you probably can value bet in some spots that are checks against other villains.
