I'd fold preflop.  Don't really want to play pots out of position and your stack is getting shallow enough that you shouldn't be wasting chips.

 

As played I'd just check fold here.  Hope he checks back but if not give up and preserve my stack.

I would fold pre as well fwiw, but I would probably fire turn here as there should be enough 1 pair type non-ace hands in their range that flot flop, give up turn, combine that FE with your raw equity of like 25%ish and i think this is a pretty standard 2 barrel,espicially if this guys range is wide, letting him flop lots of gutters, flush draws, tens, etc that don't improve on the turn, and weak aces that can't stand two barrels.  If he is the type who never folds a pair though I would check.
