3bet far too small considering theres another in the hand?

Check behind an option at all?

Is there enough draws in his range that dont include a Q that we can shove and be ahead if he calls with fd or sd?

40 hands with villain, 15/10. He had only seen one flop and folded to a bet.

I myself would probably go to about 2200-2400.

Yes I definately think its an option for pot control on this board. We have good showdown value with our hand so dont want to get blown off it, the board is very wet so there are many hands in flatting range pre that will likely peel a turn vs a c-bet.

I think I prefer a smaller bet, maybe around 2500 & re-evaluate on the turn, when you get raised by that sizing of a bet, I think you are beat pretty much most of the time & I would probably just fold, multi way I dont think he is ever check raising with complete air there.

I think he would raise more with a draw to be honest as he is out of position so I cant see pretty a min raise being good here with a draw OOP.

In this spot, I think folding is probably best, jamming seems to spewy for 40bb in this spot. I would much rather pass this spot & still have a great stack to work with rather than playing a guessing game on further streets.

When a tight villain opens in early position like that and gets a flat in early position, I don’t think 3betting TT is an optimal strategy. I prefer to just flat pre flop in position in a situation like this. If you do 3bet, I think it needs to be more like a squeeze bet sizing and be pretty large. Still don’t think it is a great idea even if you made it bigger. Flat and set mine IMO.

Flat pre and play from there in this particular spot.
