Correct Shove at Final Table?

This is the Final Table of the $5.50 Deepstack $750 Garanteed at 3am on Lock Poker. I like to play this tourney because the blinds are 15 minutes which is the best I have found on Lock. It gives you the ability to actually play poker and not be pretty much done after a cooler like in all the other Lock tourneys. Also this is a bit outside my bankroll but I feel like I have an edge over the players. In this particular tourney we were on the final table bubble for like 30 min the players were super passive. I have been aggressive but not super aggressive. 5 Hands Prior to this right before the bubble burst I rivered a flush against MP2 after he checked his straight on the turn OP and let me get there. So after the 6 Limps I figured this was a good place to shove considering how much limping has been going on. I think this was the correct play but am interested to hear what you guys think. I included the results because I was curious if the call is correct. The only thing to do imo is shove or fold I am never raising.

I wouldnt shove 25bbs in there, too much to risk that someone gets stubborn with 77 or A8 after limping. plus there’s a few players behind who haven’t acted yet.

if the table is as soft as you say then you’ll find better spots than this to pick up chips. this is too high variance imo.

It just seems like a play that goes against why you like this tournament in the first place?  This is a high variance play – that I would fold.  I'm suprised the UTG limp did not call as well.  25bbs last a long time with 15min levels.  Congrats on Final Table.

Agree with others. You can really tighten up at FT's on lock profitably. You are still looking for great spots but this one is too high variance since someone could be limping strong also to induce.

Fold pre for sure. I like the idea of aggression here but not the spot itself. Like you stated, the structure is good so no need to rush the FT especially taking a high variance spot like that with a hand with little equity vs calling ranges. I would rather shove 89s or j10o much more than a6o here. Not only do you have to worry about the limpers calling with a7-a10 and pairs like 66-88s where only your ace is really live, but you also have 3 stacks behind you that cripple/have you covered and can wake up as well. It is hard not to get excited making fts sometimes but when the structure is good you can have lots of patience, really get to know your table and find better spots from 25 bbs.

std fold. A6o options are limited w/25bb.
Def should open if folded around to, but aside from steals and snapping off shorties there's not much value.

Maybe, I don't play on lock so I can't say either way. But as a generalization, this is a suboptimal adjustment to make at fts.

Lockdonks limp pairs and never fold them – gotta love a site where someone thinks limp/calling off 25 bb's with a small pair is trapping someone.

That being said… fold. lol

Ya, with such a good structure I don't think we have to make this play.  Can def find a better spot to get our chips in the middle with this size stack.
