havent been able to get anything going. been hovering around the 16 – 21bb range. ive been shoving on all opportunities regardless of hand strength. doubled the hand b4 this one. pushd from CO with A9o and BB calls with A4o…. with antes, the additional limper and my past tendancies to shove should i shove here and hope to get looked up by less or should i play the hand in STD fashion and raise??

With 27bb & a monster hand, I would be looking to raise over the limper for value.. Prob make it 4x ish… I think this hand is too strong to shove for 27bb & you lose value from many hands he may call to see a flop with that he would fold to a shove..

I agree. By shoving you are losing value against most weaker hands.

I make it approx. 1100 to go pre and see what develops.

However i do see this alot. People who pick up a high value hand as this and not knowing what to do and just shoving when you should be trying to extract value. After all you want all the chips in the tournament, not just the blinds.

Sounds perfect to me.  Way to much here to open jam over a single limper.
