Is it just me getting ignored or are full tilt the worst at replying to emails?

 

Ive sent 3 now, the first being 7 days ago

not just you.  they are typically pretty bad.  Which sucks since I actualy prefer their tournaments/site over others.  If only I coulld combine their scheudle with Stars supporT!

Any support that is only conducted by email is absolute crap…doesn't matter what site it is. Every site should have the option to speak/chat to a real person and not some no brained hack sending off canned responses they pick from a list based on similar situations. Unfortunately I don't think sending multiple messages will help, they prob. spite ignore them. And yes, I do have a chip on my shoulder when it comes to poker site “support”. smile

Well Ive tried to cash out from full tilt for the first time since I opened my account and they have said I have multiple accounts so have closed the one ive been playing on for 3 years and said I can play on one thats been inactive for 3 years since thats the one I made first. The have cancelled the withdrawal and asked me to email them to request the money be cashed out to my depsoit method or put into the first account I made on full tilt. So ive not been able to play there for over a week now and they have all my money locked up somewhere.

 

Not happy in the slightest

I made a cash-out request in early Feb for a direct deposit, then they emailed me a week later to say they had to change it to a bank wire which would be done on or about Mar 7.

Then that never happened so I emailed asking what gives.  They said that services was also having problem, but they are working on it.

Still haven't seen a dime.

Emailed them last week, said just send me a check, or cancel the withdrawal and put the money back on my account.

They said they can't do it, and to keep waiting.

So now I don't have money on FT and they have 2k of mine in limbo.

well, when I had suspicion that someone had broken into my account they reacted immadietely nad afterwards there was no problem to regain my  my account after proving that me is me.

Im really losing patience with them… I cant play on tilt because they have all my money locked it and its driving me mad.

 

What can I do? Im really getting pissed off now, they are just ignoring me and holding my money. The cheek to have my money locked up and ignore my emails is outrageous

they processed a cashout to neteller for me in about 30 mins the other day.

I have withdrawal problems too on Full Tilt.  9k for about 3 weeks – did they have assets seized or a 3rd party get busted by Feds again?  They have no problem taking deposits every few days for transactions from 2 months ago that were “delayed”.  I also have 2 occasions where a transactions on my bank account labeled PMI pulled for 250 each.  A quick search on the net states this is a former 3rd party making unauthorized transactions.  Can it get any worse?  Yes, can't deposit on Pokerstars either now. 

Any other US players have any of the above problems?
