Blinds are 2500/5000 + antes MP1 with 140,000 chips who was pretty active at the table raises 10,075 very quickly I'm on the button with 10h7h and 3bet to 21,999 with 125,000 in chips and he flats. FLOP 6h jh 3c he checks and I bet 39,999 and he reshoves I call and and miss turn and river and bust 8th on the absolute 20K GTD when I was 3rd in chips. Bad move?

The 3 bet is too small. He's getting great odds to call, even OOP. Your stack is too shallow to 3 bet bigger so I'd just fold and look for a better spot.
