^^ There are only two spades on board so we have the nuts. I bet this river every time. Villain checked the flop and called on a turn card that did not bring any realistic draws. This leaves me to conclude that he has a medium strength hand that will most likely check back. Therefore we want to bet all of our value hands because he has little air in his range.
Villain could turn 9x and Ax into a bluff if we check the river, but that requires too many assumptions in a $11.
