Now I decided to flaat to get a shove over the top from someone behind, but once the UTG raiser flats should I be shoving or not?

I honestly think I would fold or flat. No need to get 55bb's in here since UTG could be large. I think you are deep enough to flat this and play for the main and side pot with position. His likely holdings are 99+ or AQ+. So I think flat and play post flop with your AKs.
looks like a hand the original raiser isnt concerned about going 3 ways to a flop so to me it looks huge or hes trying to set you both, i also never like that line of thinking with a hand that i dont want 3 or 4 way action on a flop so 3 betting with a hand like AK pre here is mandatory imo plus now you give the reraiser a chance to squeeze raise here and the original raiser flats you have caused alot of confusion for yourself that could have been easier to deal with by a simple 3 bet pre, if ya get a cold 4 out of dude behind then its easier to put everyone on a hand by the time it gets back to you
