With no bubble considerations and not itm, cEV is basically $EV, so you can take any edges. But you want to factor in how confident you are that your read is right too, as usually being wrong is more costly then being right is helpful.
There is also future exploitation which is important. At a tought table you have to take any edge. At a table with lot of holes you can afford to pass up marginal spots for later spots.
If you are asking if a .1-.2BB gain is fine, I would say maybe. If you are risking 30 BBs for that gain, it isnt, but if you are risking 10 BBs, it could be. You see? Its more about what you are risking relative to what you are gaining, rather than just what you are gaining as a whole.
