your shoving range in these spots shouldn't really be static, but rather an ever-changing range based on what you assume are the calling ranges of the people behind.
the best way to become comfortable with these spots is to play with a program like Sit n Go Whiz and/or create/play around with a push/fold chart that you can make using excel. in terms of getting better at estimating calling ranges, that is something that becomes better the more you play and pay attention, and the more work you do with SNGW and charts.

Is S&Go Wiz the best tool for the push fold training? Not sure I would trust my own analysis to create a chart at this stage of my play, where would I find some ?
It is the best I've used. The quiz feature is great for this. Also with the holdemmanager integration you can auto export your allin hands and determine if they were +/- ev plays. There is a free trial for sng wiz, so it doesn't cost anthing to try it out…I believe it's a full 30 day trial.
There is def. a much bigger luck factor in turbos…..at the same time you really just have to realize if you are at a super aggressive table their ranges are going to be much wider therefore you have to widen your range some as opposed to being at a tight straightforward table. Hagbard really hit it on the head that your ranges should be ever changing.

I feel like once you get below 10 bb in a turbo it's almost more advantageous getting involved in a multi-way all-in spot with suited connectors at a really aggro table since your equity should always be pretty good.
Obv. you'll open jam your decent hands but I've managed to triple up quite a few times with hands like 89s and JTs against Ax and a smallish pair.
