I am curious about this one too.

I would say it's close but good.  Would be better with more of a read on the villain, but if he doesn't have a read on you either it's not so bad.

In this specific spot I might fold until I get more evidence of player tendencies.

Villain is raising into a micro stack and a shove stack and from the very limited data looks pretty tight and solid but 14 hands is nowhere close to enough to know whether this is just a run of 72o etc.

A better way of looking at this is asking yourself what range of hands would be raised from this villain if he is a) Nitty, b) TAG, c) LAG. After you have identified those ranges then run some equity simulations using slice, equilabs etc for each one and you will get a feel for how wide you can shove against different player types.

The specific answer here probably looks something like fold v nits and shove versus TAGs and LAGs as they are probably opening enough hands that have to fold to a 19bbs shove. The key to whether this is profitable is how often the villain will fold his open purely becuase when we get called we are likely to have pretty poor equity.

I'd probably 3bet-fold if i had 22bb or so with this exact hand. I don't like shoving this hand though as we are in really bad shape against his calling range. It's also worth noting that he is opening despite a 6.7bb stack on the button so I doubt he's opening super super light

I don't like a 3b shove here… If he was a 35/20 or something it's quite a bit different… I fold this.  If he was LP I might feel more inclined but his stats are pretty nitty.  3b not all in I like the most but we're too shallow.  I fold.
