Last few weeks I've had some decent results in $10/$24 MTTs but can't seem to break through.

In the last month I've finished 113/1330, 139/1213, 53/1366, 170/1355, 80/880, 23/706, 20/1027, 38/1199, 50/1220, 77/1539, 36/1113, 76/879, 32/729, etc.

I understand some of this is variance (nobody cares about my bad beats, donkeys, got my money in good, suckout, etc) but I also feel I'm not playing as well as I should be.

I'm feel like I'm either A) too tight when I'm under 20 BBs and let myself get to the point where I give bigger stacks a reason to call which leads to me losing the showdown or B) getting too aggressive with trap hands like KQ, middle pairs, trying to resteal from the wrong guy and I blow up with QJs, etc.

Can somebody point me to a good video, please?
