Can someone help with a HH review?

Hey TPE nation,

Requesting a little help here for those that know how to get deep and score. I'm cashing and final tabling enough to know my game is overall good (mind you its relative to my volume and the stakes I play, which is very low). Where I'm struggling is that I'm either just barely cashing or finishing 7th-9th when I do final table.

Was wondering if anyone would be willing to look over a HH review and see if there are spots I'm missing to chip up or spots where I'm spewing chips unnecessarily? I don't really have any poker buddies to talk this stuff through with and I feel like I've peaked to where I can take my game on my own….maybe time to get some one-on-one coaching??
