BTN has pushed 4 times in the last two orbits from MP to LP with the same stacksize. But never been called. Before that I had 3bet him from the same positions as in this hand, where he folded to me.

Check out the SAGE system (I linked to the article below) for help with this. That is the method I used to learn how to get used to what to shove and what to call with. I find it to be a pretty effective starting place and then you can adjust from there based on game dynamics and reads and such.
