Pendleton Roundup $235 live MTT, 360 entries, 60 left, 36 pay, $16k to first

Blinds 1000/2000 antes 300, (this seemed like a real big ante to me, standard?)

recently moved to table, both V1 and V2 in late 40's, I'm speculating they shove tighter than optimal. BB seems like good asian LAG.

HJ: V1 24,000: snap shoves as soon as he sees his hand. I'm discounting monsters and trash here.

BU: V2 8,000: calls allin

SB: Hero 82,000: QK ????

BB: 56,000: holding his hand while I tank like he is ready to muck, super eager to show me his stack size when he sees me assessing it.

When action gets to me there is 37,700 in the pot, I need to call 23,000.

Here is my ranging:

equity win tie      pots won pots tied

Hand 0: 31.010%   29.26% 01.75%   19561533992 1168624235.83   { KcQd }

Hand 1: 34.188%   32.17% 02.01%   21507972918 1346645792.33   { QQ-22, A2s+, KTs+, QTs+, J9s+, T9s, A9o+, KJo+, QJo }

Hand 2: 34.801%   32.87% 01.93%   21974194173 1289959960.83   { 22+, A2s+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, A6o+, KTo+, QJo }

2p2 excuse me for double posting this spot, but hoping for feedback from TPE pros or regs.

AK and AQ would snap shove as should AJ on a 12 bb stack. Midpairs and JJ would snap shove, too, even though the guy should be open shoving his entire range and not making any immediate action regardless.

Also, live players who are dolts do tend to snap with their monsters because they can't control adrenaline and don't know how they should be acting.

I'd probably give the dude a range of like 77+, AJ+, and KQs if we think he's an old nit. V2 is irrelevant save for adding 4 bb's of dead money.

I think I'd just fold here because I'd rather have 41 beebs at this point in the tournament and I see no need to take a flip spot, especially if your table is weakish. If your table is very tough I think it's a close call because the tougher the table gets the more you cannot pass up any +EV spots no matter how thin they start getting.

Hope this helps somewhat.
