I’d just won a nice coin flip so had doubled, but generally I’d played tight and been quiet through 20 or so card dead hands. BB V was very active (74/33/50) and had made some moves, so there could be anything here. In the hand I just assumed villains had anything really, maybe AT+, 9T+, KT+, any ten really. The raise on the river I read as KT or AK even. Do I slow play this hand too much?

I had both villains ranged as similar, and this is what I have the BB range on the river: TT, ATs+, A3s-A2s, KTs+, QJs, ATo+, A3o-A2o, KJo+, QJo. I have shown zero aggression, am just calling stuff down after a PFR, what do I have? AT+, TT+, KQ+? If I’m right on his range, I am 75% to the good.

I am most likely to shove the river, there is some str8 possible on the board, but there is a not of two pairs that won´t fold, and worst sets.

I think you can include 45 on the BB´s range, and maybe take out AKs of both of them, you have above 30bb pre flop, I think they will 3bet and try to GII with you on a heads up pot.

Yes agreed, 45 should be in there. And yes I discounted AK severely in mind in the moment because I thought in that situation that would be a PFR hand, plus likely the case A wasn’t in their hand since I had two and one was one the board. I also thought two-pair Kx almost for sure…

What about a reraise rather than shove otr? Do you think I slow played a little too much on those early streets?

I think you need to slowplay that top set, not much that can give you value on 3 streets and GII, I like how you played flop and turn.

OTR I am not that sure on just to call or shove, SB makes it difficult, because if he has a better hand he is more likely to raise if you just call IP, but he will often call with two pairs or worst sets maybe, my point is that if you shove, you can make worst hands call.

You block a lot of hands that makes two pairs, A2, A3, AT, AK… but there is worst sets and str8s that will GII

Would be nice to check more thoughts on this from the pros I think.

Agreed. There’s a couple decisions in here that I’d love to have others chime in on. Will save it to go over with my coach!
