Ok so im running pretty deep in this tourney – top 70 in the big .55 with a semi decent stack.
My thinking behind this hand is im on the button with a decent hand so i raise and get 2 calls which i dont expect, im expecting 3 bet or fold, flop is pretty decent for me and i c-bet sb fold bb raises – im thinking he prob does not have a king as he would prob just call in this spot as its unlikley i have anything, im ranging him on weaker jack`s unpairs flush draw and pure blufs so i flat to keep all his bluffs in and let them ship turn the turn is a card i did not want to see and it brought the flush and he insta jam`s i tank and …. ill let you know what i did after but i think its a weird spot and would like to know what others do in this same spot.

I’d fold, but I think there’s a lot of room to improve your thought process on earlier streets. For instance:
“im on the button with a decent hand so i raise… im expecting 3 bet or fold”
If you actually expect a 3-bet or fold response, and you are going to fold to a 3-bet, then having a “decent hand” isn’t relevant, as you’ll never see the flop. The decision to raise should be based only on how often you expect folds and whether you have a significant blocker to 3-betting ranges.
That said, I don’t see why you should expect a 3-bet or fold response. It’s not like the blinds are especially short-stacked. Why wouldn’t the big blind call with plenty of hands getting 4:1 or whatever?
More importantly,
“flop is pretty decent for me and i c-bet”
Just because it’s a good flop for you doesn’t mean you should bet. What does betting accomplish? Will better hands, or hands with significant equity, fold? Will you be ahead of Villain’s calling range? Do you have a plan if you’re check-raised? I’d pretty seriously consider checking back the flop.
