Good morning,

I realize this is an SnG question being posted in an MTT forum section.  Is there another place I should be posting this?

In any case, here is the very good puzzle hand.  It's the bubble (3 left) in a 6 max SnG, for just 2 dollars.  I'm newly trying to play more honestly within my bankroll, as has been suggested to me by various videos and forum chats.  I have noticed that I'm not fearing the aggression that is necessary (as much) anymore.  Here it's just another bubble of another small SnG, and the villains are:

Draegon57, the small stack, seems like a pretty good player. 34/20/7.7 and hasn't shown me much in the way of tells after 48 hands.  So far he's folded to every Cbet but that doesn't mean much here as this is a push fold situation.

HoldemHigh1, the large stack, in the big blind, is a call station.  44/8/0, open limping 37%, not restealing once after 70 hands.

2 players are paid and the small stack just doubled up within the previous few hands.

HoldemHigh1 (BB): BB = 28.9, t5778
Hero (BTN): BB = 9.8, t1966
Draegon57 (SB): BB = 6.3, t1256

Pre Flop: (t360) Hero is BTN with J of hearts Kdiamond

Hero?

Thank you for your opinions in advance 🙂

Very standard shove. It would be much different if the Chipleader was shoving on you blind vs blind then you could argue fold with the shorty with the money bubble.

Agree with Danny, there are times when we'd fold this hand to the chipleader's shove or something but when it's folded to us with 10bbs we can't fold here three-handed. I'm all-in.

Schwartz,

This is a clear shove to me.  You've got a great chance to just take it down, bringing you up to 11.5bb's, and Draegon down to 5bb's.

Your KJo is about 45% vs two randoms.  Against their likely calling ranges:

vs. Holdem with a 33% calling range (22+,A2s+,K7s+,Q8s+,J9s+,T9s,98s,A2o+,K9o+,QTo+,JTo,T9o,98o) you're 47% to win

vs. Draegon with a 46% calling range (22+,A2s+,K2s+,Q8s+,J8s+,T8s+,98s,87s,76s,A2o+,K2o+,Q8o+,J9o+,T9o,98o,87o,76o) you're a 53% favorite

You're the first to act, blinds could have anything, shove it.

Thanks for the post,

Wacky
