this is from the 25k $55 on bovada

So I ran some numbers for the turn; if we treat him as basically going all in, we need 36.7% to call off; if he occasionally does this w QQ+ (4 out of the 18 combos) and then I gave him all 44/TT and two of the 88 combos out of 3, we have 38.1%. So how confident are you that ppl are massively overplaying QQ+ here around 22% of the time (i suppose he could have some other bluff, but I don’t even know, maybe like Ah5h?)

Side question; should 22 even be a raise here on the flop this deep w such a dry board?

I would just call on the flop, it is very dry board, some overpairs will be carefull on later streets oop, and for overset dont really matter what you do.

I am not familiar to $50s field, but I think there will be some QQ+ on V´s range, I dont  think I can fold this set. If there is reentry I will never fold this one.

Agree with all that. An open question: If you do raise the flop, would it make sense to raise more, or does the dryness of the board have anything to say about that?

I’m going with it here.  I think there are just too many other hands in Villains range that would make sense here.  JJ+, Heart draws, T8.  Yes I think it is likely that he may have a set here, but this is Bovada, and I think there are just going to be too many fish early in these tournaments that are going to tool out with weak hands here.  Stuffy Baker.  Thanks for the post!  cool
