I would love some more opinions on this hand.

8 players left

antes/blinds:  200/1000/2000

Villian (30k – 15BB) in SB

Hero (60k – 30BB) in BB

Background:  I had been judicously stealing from V all day long as she was very nitty.  She showed a high tendency to fold anytime I applied pressure.  In fact, she had not made it to showdown with me all day.

Antes 1600

V posts SB 1000

Hero posts BB 2000

folds to V who limps 1000

Hero raises 2000 to 4000 with Jclub 6spade

V calls 2000

Flop (9600)  9diamond 10diamond Qclub

V checks

Hero bets 4000

V calls 4000

Turn (17600)  5diamond

V checks

Hero checks

River (17600)  Qheart

V bets 4000

Hero ?????

Feel free to comment on my line overall.  I don't think I'm ever not raising pre-flop against this player in this spot. C-bet had also proven profitable for me, especially against V, throughout the day.  Really interested to hear what you think about the turn check and suggestions for river

*edited mistake on # of BB in each player's stack

It appears you know this player much better than any1 else here, so its hard to give good advice. BTW if that on the top is correct then its 15 BB and 30 BB. If you want to take it away, I dont know why you didnt bet the turn. Once you check the turn behind, you cant really rep anything on the river that would raise for value, but if she's very nitty you might try anyway. Also I would bet more PF and flop.

If you’re going to win this hand without a straight bink on the river there would have to be a turn cbet. I don’t mind check-giving up at that point knowing she had to hit the flop well to call since she’s a nit and she would probably be calling down to showdown.

Check pre and take a free flop in position. Apply pressure postflop against his short stack

Thanks for the feedback.  I had a feeling I missed an opportunity when I didn't bet the turn because the story I was trying to tell lost a little clout, but I ended up going for the bluff anyways.  My justification was that I had the image of being a bit of tricky player so I thought that maybe she would misinterpret my turn check instead of seeing it as weakness (bad thinking).

In the moment, while looking at the board (flush, straight, and full house possibilities all being a plausible part of my range), I concluded that as a very nitty player she would have a tough time calling a re-raise on the river that basically put her tournament life at risk.  I raised 10000 more to 14000 (she had about 18000 left at this point).  I thought that a shove looked too bluffy and a raise looked stronger while still basically committing her full stack.  It also saves me a few BB if she shoves and I fold.

She did take a couple of moments to think about it after my raise and at one point picked up her cards as if she were about to muck. Then she looked at them again, looked at the board, and pushed all in.  Knowing I had no chance at winning I folded and she turned over J8 for a flopped straight
