i think preflop is standard.

Flop i prefer calling with the toolbox in the hand. He will most likely overcall aswell.

Turn. same assumption plus we are picking up outs embarassed and is this good enough if we assume BB is leading TP+ only? I am also certain that i will stack one of them if we make our hand.

River: do we shove and try to get called in one spot or bet like 1400 and hope to get called in two spots or does it not matter at all?

On the river you have less than a pot size bet left in your stack so in my opinion you have to just shove if you bet like 1400 and you get 1 or 2 calls then you will certainly get called if shove as it is only 600 chips more

What hands call 1400 that don’t call a shove for ~2000?

My first thought was shove as well, but which action looks weaker in this exact situation? I think with us being last to act, and being checked to, Vs might level themselves in to thinking a raise could be a steal. A shove (and covered by both Vs) may seem much too risky to be a bluff? Do you think it even matters?

I like the way you’ve played it. You’re not going to get anything out of the BB if he’s really that tight, and those numbers and post-flop action sounds like TT (which you block) and 99/JJ to me.

I think a 45/17 player is more likely to call 1,000 than more than that because it’s too big of a jump. You have to play like stack sizes don’t matter to reduce the chance he becomes self-aware. You also may get a crying overcall out of the BB because the odds would be so great and close the action.

But … I think most of the time you’re going to get two folds.

yeah looking at it i think the EV of shoving is probably close to equal to the EV of betting smaller.

in game i shovet and got called in one 😀
