if you fold you got 31 bbs left,, if you reshove ..

well what was your plan if you managed to get folds, co/hijack shoved on you. was it going to be an instant call ?

i think in the early stages the cold 4 bet tends to be for value with a 99 plus, ace queen plus hand.

i think you are behind and should fold, and the utg might still call..

iff you were 22 bbs, and was left with 19 bbs it might be a marginal call.

you can still wait for a better spot/hand to put you tournement hand on.

i did see in a video from 2010 where wien plays 20 to 40 bbs almost all the way,, he was willing to get it in with ace queen but his mentality in the video was he was looking to chip up and he was muti tabling 6 tables.

OP, what hand range are you putting a cold 4 bettor on pre-antes without reads?

I think once you answer that question you will also answer your own original question.

These types of posts are pretty good and basic Pokerstove exercises.

Just remember that the answer you get from Pokerstover is predicated on how good of a hand reader you are.

i think you are right pre antes the 4 bet from sb feels quite strong my feeling is 99+ so i guess a fold is probably a decent play at this early stage, i guess i could gamble with him for bigger stack but il prob be behind pre
