Hi,
Villian running a 31/8 stat for 77 hands. No idea if the UTG limp signifies strength or weakness? (no history, or at least can't remember!)
I think my PF raise was a bit spewy esp given my stack size. Looking back I think I'm answering my own questions but would like your reasoning / approach.

His limp is weak because he's limping almost every hand he plays. He's probably also the type to raise too much when he does have a good hand but that's beside the point…
Pre-flop raise is good but this is the type of flop that hits a ton of calling hands so I'm not c-betting into 2 people.
Sucks but I probably just check/fold. Bet/folding sucks more.
