Hey guys not sure where to post this so apologies in advance.
I have recently been reviewing my play and analysing my game on the Poker Tracker 4 database due to a downswing.
I play only Tournaments with that into consideration what do you make of this stat with antes
255,800 hands, bb/100 =3.97 . is this bad ? good ? or just ok . with that said , what is a good or average bb/100 with antes for the amount of the hands that i have played ?

I have no idea how to use BB/100 on mtts, maybe someone can help you with that, but for that you have to include more informations I think: what buy in you are currently playing (higher stakes has better players, and your BB/100 will be smaller), and BB won by position, probably there is more, but I can´t think of any of this.
Hope someone can help you with the actual numbers.
