I've been struggling a bit in these spots. With the flatter we're getting a great price to call, but UTG's range is pretty small given stats. 

If we flop top pair though, the SPR is going to be small, and folding to a cbet very difficult. 

So while I can see it is a good spot to flat pre, I'm not sure what my post strategy should be.
