God only knows what this guy has with a 6x+ raise, I don't think he is attempting a steal of 45 chips, he probably has a big pocket pair and trying to get value, but in a very bad way. I would let it go until you can develop some reads.

dont really like flatting out of position this early in tourneys and raising it puts you in a tough spot haveing to play the pot out of position. fold imo
