Late early stages of tourney. Villan has just be moved to my table so i had exactly two hands on him.

My plan was to isolate MP2 put him all in and take the flip with my 99s for 8bb. When the CO flats MP2's open, his range is probably made of his middleing hands A10,A9, K8+,Q9+,J9+ and maybe some pairs. When the cut off flats my 3bet you could probably narrow it futher taking out J9,Q9,k8. When the flop comes down I think C-bet is standard with only one over card to my 99s.

Does everyone think I should c-bet this flop and what do you think of my sizing?

When CO flats the cbet is there a chance he is floating? It seems to happen so often that people are floating these days I'm never quite sure what to do next, should I bet again on the turn hoping either that he is floating or will give me credit for an overpair or should I just give up?

villain could be floating here because its a dry flop, but that helps make it a cbet if we think he isnt. If we really dont know probably cbet give up a lot of turns.

you may be able to get away with smaller cbetting smaller honestly if you think villain is inelastic and on this type of board he either is folding or is floating or whatever.

Edit: I don't like squeezing here. I think hand ranges are narrowed lot once he calls pre and we can give up on the turn. I don't like the idea of 3 barreling away as a bluff with a hand that has some good showdown value.
