Freeroll on Pokerstars, 25k initial players, down to 120… Kinda card dead for the last 30 minutes, blinds coming up… What do you guys think?

i think its fine…given the situation. deff dont want the blinds to go through then having no FE whatsoever. at least here you still have some FE and decent post flop equity against random ranges. obv sucks against QQ+, KQ, AQ. but we dont do too bad against everything else.

Yeah, thats exactly what I was trying to avoid, after the blinds go by I'll have around 7BBs…

Your pretty much in a push/fold situation. I am surprise to see all the short stacks at the table, you really only have to worry about the button. Shoving is actually in your favor as you can seriously hurt all the other players and the BTN may call light to knock you out. I would prefer a king or an ace, but JQ can play well. It is a freeroll and a lot of people blind out in these, I tend to play very LAG. Goal is to chip up fast IMO.

Cant believe how shallow this is. You have 8bbs and there are 4 stacks with less then you. Wow. Just feel like your bound to get called here. I don't hate the shove, but in this spot I'd almost rather shove with far less of a hand in later position..So its very tough decision. I don't think there is a right or a wrong here tho, jq doesnt flop awful, and finishes well sometimes… smile .GL
